HostBook 2.9.6 brings clearer channel visibility and a more dependable daily workflow. • The new Sync Center shows configured feeds, connected spaces, update freshness, publishing status, and recent activity without overstating external channel refreshes. • Connected listings are grouped so availability relationships are easier to understand at a glance. • Apple Watch Today prioritizes arrivals and departures. Quick Add offers a clearer Today/Tomorrow flow and confirms iPhone delivery or queueing. • Saving a pending balance as paid now refreshes Dashboard by Listing immediately. • With Spread across months enabled, full quarterly or annual charges are no longer counted again in Dashboard, Reports, or co-host statements. • New Guest stays open when you switch apps, preserves the unsaved draft, and uses a cleaner native Back flow. • Additional responsiveness and stability refinements across iPhone and iPad.

Calendar sync you can trust. • Channel cancellations sync back: when a booking is cancelled on Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com, HostBook cancels it, frees the dates everywhere — including connected listings and your other channels — and sends you a notification. • Re-booked dates import as a fresh booking. Reinstated reservations return with your amounts intact, with a double-booking alert if the dates were retaken in the meantime. • Blocking dates manually can now also block the connected listings you choose — none are ever blocked without your say. • Reinstalling the app or restoring a backup no longer re-blocks freed dates on your channels: HostBook now syncs first, publishes after. • New reminder to review cancelled bookings so refunds and kept payouts stay accurate in your reports. • A cancelled stay's automatic cleaning expense is removed, and its payment reminders are silenced. • Many more sync reliability fixes for multi-channel, multi-listing setups.
