PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Zero does not require an account. Your workspace is stored on your device, with optional iCloud sync depending on your Apple settings. Backup/export tools help you stay in control of your data.

• Clearer freemium guidance
The app now explains Zero Free and Zero Pro more clearly during onboarding, in Settings, and when you approach a limit. Settings also includes usage counters so you can always see how much of your free workspace you have used.

Several main screens have been decluttered so Zero feels lighter and easier to use. Creation actions are now more focused around the + button, and repeated dashboard elements have been reduced.
• Improved first launch experience
New users now get a clearer start, better empty states, and more helpful guidance when the workspace is empty.
• Better Smart Capture experience
Smart Capture now explains what Zero found more clearly, including detected clients, projects, tasks, billing cues, and reminders. The save plan is easier to review before creating anything.
• Better Billing
Billing has been improved with a clearer focus card, better empty states, cleaner document rows, more useful status labels, and stronger document readiness guidance before generating PDFs.
• Improved invoice, quote, and proforma PDFs
Free PDFs now include a small footer, while Zero Pro removes it. The app also explains this before export so there are no surprises.
• Better Sample Workspace
The sample workspace is now more realistic and useful, with better example clients, projects, invoices, expenses, reports, notes, and time entries.
• Improved Settings
Settings has been reorganized into clearer sections for workspace setup, automation, experience, data and security, sample workspace, and app information.
• Client and project polish
Client and project detail screens now provide more useful next-step guidance, helping you see what needs attention without digging through everything manually.
• Spanish localization updates
Spanish text has been updated across the new freemium, billing, Smart Capture, onboarding, and Settings flows.
