• Alarm history is now paginated (10 per page) with a date range filter, so accounts with lots of alarms load instantly instead of freezing.
• Fixed Play Recording on call logs — recordings now play correctly from the Alarm Detail screen.
• Cleaner alarm Timeline — removed internal-only fields so operators see only what matters: resolution, notes, and contacts called/notified.
