Goad is a task manager built around one rule: plan first, then act. Free to use, and Goad Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase.
Every morning, Goad makes you choose what you're actually going to do today — not just add more to a list. Once a task is on your plan, it escalates until you finish it. Snoozing is limited to once a day per task, and Goad asks why. No endless backlog scroll.
HOW IT WORKS
• Morning ritual — Start your day with a quick planning session. Goad surfaces your overdue tasks, today's deadlines, and lets you pick what to commit to.
• Escalating reminders — Tasks that miss their deadline come back louder. The longer you delay, the harder Goad pushes.
• Shutdown ritual — End your day by triaging unfinished tasks. Carry them forward, defer them, or cut them. Close the loop every day.
• Calendar integration — See your schedule alongside your tasks so your plan fits your day.

Your data stays private: no account to create, no ads, no third-party trackers and no analytics. If the app crashes, it sends a crash report that is not linked to you, so we can fix the problem. iCloud sync runs through your own iCloud account — we never see your tasks.

The free tier keeps up to 10 active tasks, with the full planning and shutdown rituals, escalating reminders, widgets, tags, subtasks and streaks.
Goad Pro is a single in-app purchase: you buy it once and keep it, with nothing recurring and nothing to renew. It unlocks six things — unlimited tasks, recurring tasks, custom notification ladders, Live Activity, iCloud sync, and your full Procrastination Index.

iPhone Duo: Goad uses whichever screen you are on. Folded, it works as it does on any iPhone. Unfolded, Today, Calendar, Progress and Settings sit in a sidebar beside your list.
Easier to read: text, badges and buttons have stronger contrast in light and dark mode.
Larger Text: at the largest text sizes, task titles wrap instead of being cut off, and every onboarding page scrolls.
