Start with 3 complete locks free. Write the exact task, choose the apps that distract you, set a timer, and decide what evidence will prove the work is done. Selected apps stay blocked until the session is completed.
When you finish, submit a photo. The verifier checks whether the evidence matches your goal before unlocking your apps. If a photo is genuinely unavailable, explain why for a separate plausibility review. Emergency unlocks remain available, but they never count as completed work.
