What's New in Mailmonk 1.4 Edit Windows in Place You can now edit an existing email window's time, duration, and label directly - no more deleting and re-creating a window just to move it 30 minutes. Tap the pencil icon next to any window in Settings to change it. Vacation Mode Going on holiday? Set a vacation pause (3, 5, 7, 10, 14, or 21 days) and Mailmonk holds your streak through the break. Your windows and journal are unchanged; the streak simply doesn't decay while you are away. Cancel the pause at any time in Settings. 90-Day History View The Journal heatmap now lets you see 30, 60, or 90 days of history with a single tap. Switch between ranges to spot long-term patterns your 30-day view could not show. A day-count badge shows exactly how many days have data in the selected range.

What's New in Mailmonk 1.2 Weekly Insight Report The Journal now shows a day-of-week bar chart revealing when you hold the gate most and when you struggle. A focus grade (A–F) summarises your average daily resists, a trend arrow shows whether last week was better or worse than the week before, and a plain-language sentence describes your pattern once you have a week of data. Daily Intention A new intention card on the main screen lets you name what you are actually waiting for today — one sentence, takes five seconds. Research on implementation intentions (Gollwitzer 1999) shows that pre-committing to a specific goal roughly doubles follow-through. Your intention also surfaces inside the "I want to check anyway" sheet, exactly when you need the reminder most. Export Your Journal The Journal share button now offers a CSV export of every logged day (date, resists, windows opened, check-ins, minutes saved), in addition to the existing streak card share. Open it in Numbers, Excel, or any spreadsheet app.
