Up-to-date prices in the parts list. • Every price in the bill of materials has been re-based from 2024 to 2026 figures, category by category — 83 in all. Structural materials moved most, around 9% for steel shelving and lumber. • LED lighting came down about 8%. LED prices per watt keep falling, and a flat inflation bump would have quietly overcharged the brightest line in most builds. • Designs you have already saved keep the prices they were built with.
