Strong Alarm — your meds break through silence (iOS 26+) Nagging Mode now has a new top layer: a full-screen alarm that rings even when your iPhone is on Silent. Turn it on in Settings → Notification Style → Nagging Mode → Strong Alarm. Tap "Taken" on the alarm screen and Tookly logs your dose automatically — no need to open the app. Strong Alarm requires iOS 26 and a separate Alarm permission. On iOS 25 and earlier, Nagging Mode works exactly as before.
