Flow Journey is a yoga and Pilates practice journal built to help you stay consistent, remember your sessions, and see your progress over time. Log yoga and Pilates practices with duration, style, mood, notes, poses or exercises, studios, instructors, and photos. Your profile shows practice stats, levels, achievements, favorite places and teachers, and your long-term journey across both movement styles. Use the calendar to review your history, plan future sessions, and set local reminders. Optional privacy-first social features let you follow friends, share selected practice activity, and control exactly what others can see. Flow Journey Pro unlocks extra practice tracking features including custom profile banners, up to 10 session photos, saved studios and instructors, go-to yoga and Pilates styles, unlimited future scheduled sessions with reminders, and a 1.5x XP boost.
