Feeling unwell on holiday in Mauritius? SOS Tourist Doctor sends a licensed doctor to your hotel, villa or home, or connects you by video or phone call. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Made for tourists, expatriates and students, the app takes you from "I don't feel well" to "the doctor is on the way" in a few taps.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose how to see the doctor: home visit, video consultation or voice call.
2. Tell us what is wrong: tick your symptoms, add a few words and, if useful, a photo.
3. Confirm where you are: hotel, villa or home, with your room number and access notes.
4. Pick a time, as soon as possible or a slot in the next 7 days, and pay securely by card.
We then assign the fastest doctor on duty, usually in under a minute, and confirm by SMS.
A DOCTOR AT YOUR DOOR
• Home visits anywhere on the island, usually within 60 to 90 minutes
• Examination on site, with medicines if needed
