Foveo brings the practical parts of personal assistance together in one place.
When several people share everyday support around a care recipient, everyone needs to know what should be done, how it
is usually done, and what has happened during the day. Foveo makes it easier for relatives, assistants, and teams to
work from the same picture.
It creates more clarity for everyone involved. Assistants get clearer support for what is expected, relatives get a
better overview, and the person receiving assistance gets better conditions for receiving the support, care, and
assistance they are entitled to.
The app is built for personal assistance at home, whether the assistance is for a child, an adult, or several care
recipients in an organization.
Daily routines
Create recurring routines for mornings, evenings, school, work, leisure time, meals, medication, or other important
moments. Everyone in the team can follow the same plan, check off what has been done, and feel confident about what
remains.
Instructions
Add clear instructions for how different tasks should be done and connect them to the right routine. This makes it
easier for new assistants, substitutes, and people who need a reminder to provide support in the way the care
recipient needs.
Keep track of changes
When something in a routine or instruction changes, it is shown clearly to the team. Administrators get read receipts
and can see that assistants have received the latest information.
Checklists and reminders
Check off tasks during the day and add reminders at the right time. This helps the team remember both small and
important details, even on busy days.
Handovers between shifts
Write down what the next person needs to know when a shift ends. The person taking over can quickly see what has
happened, what remains, and whether anything needs follow-up. This makes transitions safer and reduces the risk of
important information being missed.
Check-in and check-out
Mark when a shift starts and ends. This makes it clearer who is present and when, and helps everyone around the care
recipient keep track of the day’s staffing.
Inventory and supplies
Keep track of things that need to be available at home, such as assistive equipment, tube feeding supplies, diapers,
medication, or other consumables. Foveo helps you see in time when something is running low and sends a phone
notification, so the care recipient does not risk being without something needed in everyday life.
Works offline
Today’s list, routines, and check-offs also work without an internet connection. When the network is back, the
information syncs automatically.
Foveo does not replace conversations between people. The app handles the practical work around them, so assistants,
relatives, and teams can feel more confident about what is expected, and the care recipient gets better conditions for
receiving the assistance and care they are entitled to.
