Halloween is here! Until November 1, the Moon turns into a jack-o'-lantern, witches ride their brooms between the stars and ghosts haunt your controls.
Lunar Perfect Drop is an orbital-mechanics simulator for iPhone. Launch your capsule from the correct parent planet — Mars for Phobos, Jupiter for Io and Europa, Saturn for Titan, Enceladus and Mimas, Neptune for Triton, Earth for the Moon. Capture into orbit around the target moon, complete the required laps inside the green corridor, and your final grade is computed from the average eccentricity of the orbit you flew. The more circular, the higher the grade.
THREE BUTTONS, ONE ENGINE
↺ and ↻ rotate. ▲ fires the single thruster along the ship's nose. Brake by rotating 180° and burning — the way real orbital vehicles do. No auto-aim, no assist.
EIGHT MOONS, FORTY MISSIONS
Five missions per moon. M1 isolates that moon's signature mechanic. M5 stacks everything: tight corridor, 60% thrust, gravity mascons, satellite obstacles, eclipse when you pass behind the moon, broken engine drift.
REAL PHYSICS, NOT ARCADE
Each moon's gravity is derived from real surface values. Phobos at 0.006 m/s² is genuinely microgravity. Io at 1.79 m/s² really crushes you.

• The Moon becomes a glowing jack-o'-lantern; the other moons get a carved face
• Your capsule wears a witch's hat
• Bats, cute ghosts and a witch on her broom (with her black cat) fly along your route
• Cobwebs and a dangling spider on the mission HUD
• Candle-lit pumpkins and ghosts near the controls that drift as you tilt your phone
• Spooky colors in the menus
• On Apple Watch too: pumpkin Moon, bats and the witch's hat
