OFFLINE BY DESIGN
Every scan runs on your device using Apple Neural Engine. No images ever leave the iPhone or iPad, no cloud round-trip, no API keys, no per-scan fees, no dependency on connectivity. Works in poor coverage, on private investigations, and wherever client confidentiality matters more than convenience.
LIVE SCANNING THAT ACTUALLY CONFIRMS
Point the camera and detection boxes appear in real time. A multi-frame stabiliser confirms a plate only after it has been read consistently across several frames, so blurred or angled plates don't produce false positives. Several plates per frame supported.
BULK SCAN YOUR PHOTO LIBRARY
Select photos, an album, or the entire library. The app processes everything in the background while staying responsive — pause and resume at any time. For investigators and adjusters going through hundreds of photos from a site visit or a stake-out, this is the time-saver.
EVERY SCAN IS A COMPLETE RECORD
Each detection stores the original photo, the cropped plate, the detected country, GPS coordinates (when available), confidence, timestamp, and a 3D render of the plate with the correct UNECE country code on the EU band. The original photo is saved into your iPhone's Files app under "Scansioni", named by date and unique ID — open, share, archive at any time.
WATCHLIST AND ALERTS
Import a list of plates from CSV. When any of them appears in your live or bulk scans, it gets flagged in History with a hit count and last-seen date.
CSV AND PDF EXPORT
Generate clean reports with thumbnail, plate, country, GPS, confidence and identifier — ready for files, expert reports, or client delivery.
COUNTRIES SUPPORTED
Italy (current and legacy formats), Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Portugal, Poland. Set your primary country in Settings to reduce false positives for the area where you mostly work.
