You walk a job, take pictures, jot down what you saw, and then spend the evening writing it all up. Sitewise collapses that into one pass. Capture as you go, and the report is ready to send before you leave the site.
How it works:
- Start a project for the visit, then open the camera and photograph what matters. Every photo is stamped with the time and location.
- Dictate what you're looking at. Your voice note is transcribed on your iPhone, so the audio never leaves the device for processing.
- Sketch right on a photo to point out a crack, a measurement, or a defect.
- Add typed notes for anything that didn't need a picture.
- Pick which photos go in the report. Not every shot needs to reach the client, so choose the ones that tell the story and leave the rest in the project.
- Generate a branded PDF or DOCX report and email it to your client from the field. Photos, captions, sketches, and transcripts land in one document, in the order you captured them.
Sitewise is built for inspectors, architects, engineers, contractors, general contractors, and project managers, or anyone who takes photos on a job and has to turn them into a report.
You don't need a full write-up to get value out of it. Plenty of visits just need the photos, captioned and organized, sent to someone who wasn't there.
