Mix a five-color palette by feel, then carry the exact hex codes into whatever you are designing. Cinnabar is a palette builder for people who think in hue, saturation and brightness, not in menus.
Most palette apps hand you a random set and hope you like it. Cinnabar gives you five live swatches and three sliders per swatch, so every color is one you chose. Tap a swatch, drag Hue, Sat or Brt, and the whole strip updates as you move. When you want a starting point, Random, Shuffle and Harmony fill the slots in a single tap, and you keep sliding from there.

WHY NOT JUST GENERATE A RANDOM PALETTE?
Because random gives you someone else's taste. Cinnabar starts from your pick and lets you nudge each swatch until it is right, then locks the values in a code you can actually use. Generators are fast at producing options and slow at producing the one you meant.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Every palette lives on your iPhone. There is no account to create, no sign-in, no ads and no tracking. The app works fully offline, and nothing you mix leaves the device unless you tap Share.
FULL ACCESS
Cinnabar is unlocked with a subscription or a one-time purchase. Choose a weekly plan, a yearly plan or a lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal, are charged to your Apple ID account, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings after purchase. The price for your country is shown in the app before you confirm.
