Capsule is a shared photo album that stays sealed. Everyone who was there adds their photos and videos — and with surprise mode on, nobody sees a single one, not even you, until the day it opens for all of you at once.

1. Start a capsule for the trip, the wedding, the night, the whole semester.
2. Invite your people with a link or a QR code. They join free.
3. Everyone adds photos and videos while the moment is happening.
4. On your unlock date it opens for the whole group at the same time.

Capsule is free to download and use. A free capsule holds up to 10 guests and 20 items, and you can run 3 capsules at a time. Joining someone else's capsule is always free — only the host ever pays.
Capsule Pro raises the caps on every capsule you host, for everyone in them including free guests: up to 50 guests, 1,000 photos and videos, and clips up to 2 minutes. For you as the host it also adds unlimited capsules at once, recurring capsules for your groups, custom colors and gradient themes, and one-tap export of a whole capsule as a ZIP.
Capsule Pro is $4.99/month, $39.99/year, or $79.99 once for lifetime access. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple account settings.
