WHAT IT DOES • Add one or more M3U / M3U8 playlist URLs. • KnobTV downloads them, parses out channel names, group titles, and logos, and remembers everything. • Save filters by search term — "Sports", "Lakers", "Local News", whatever you want — and toggle them on or off. • The Home tab shows only the channels that match your active filters. So opening the app gets you straight to what you actually watch. • Tap a channel to start playback. WHY THIS AND NOT EVERY OTHER IPTV APP Most IPTV apps want you to subscribe, set up an account, scroll through a giant directory every time, or re-find your channels through a buried search box. KnobTV's whole point is the opposite: configure your filters once, then open the app and watch. NO TRACKING, NO SERVER KnobTV has no backend. There is no KnobTV account. The app stores your playlists and filters locally on your Apple TV. The video streams come directly from the URLs you provide — KnobTV is not in the loop.
