The app is built by a former college player, and every drill video is performed on‑court by the creator. You get simple, proven drills that actually translate to games, no gimmicks or flashy training sessions, just structured work.
HOW TO GET STARTED
During onboarding, you set your position and play-style, how often you want to work out, workout length, focus areas, and your skill level and self-ratings. SKILLBOOST uses your answers to generate workouts from a 140+ drill library, so every session fits how you play. If sessions are consistently marked either easy or hard, then SKILLBOOST will suggest you change your skill levels in your profile. You can view every workout you have completed in your history, explore all drills in the library, and adjust your profile at any time.
LEVEL UP
Earn stats and level up as you complete workouts, and unlock badges as you stay consistent. SKILLBOOST turns boring solo training into a game you can win by showing up and doing the work.
