Smart Shop visits now stay up to date on their own: the visit screen refreshes every few seconds and whenever you come back to the app, so a time change or cancellation shows up without reopening it. Small fixes and improvements.

Smart Shop setup for property managers: • Photograph and measure your maintenance shop yourself, or book a PartsIQ assessor visit on the calendar and change or cancel it any time. • On an iPhone or iPad with LiDAR, measure the shelving with the camera: walk the room and each shelving unit is measured for you. For property managers: • Send a work order and the parts the tech will need are already on their list. No staging step. • Not sure which faucet cartridge or capacitor? Take one photo of the faucet, the data plate or the door. The exact part is found and remembered for the unit, and the building. • Send your parts buyer a link. They see what the shop is short, order it, and check it in, with no account. For residents: • Report a problem with a photo and the right parts are lined up before a pro is sent. For homeowners: • A photo on the Diagnose screen now travels with your job, so your pro knows what to bring. Before any photo is sent to AI, the app tells you what goes where. On iPad, everything is larger and easier to read.

The scan screens were still light while the rest of the app is dark — the whole scan flow now matches. The account screen showed the old app name and a stale version number; it now shows the real one. Also fixed: signing in with Apple could fail to create your profile, and a brand-new home no longer shows placeholder health numbers before its first scan. App Store screenshots updated to show the app as it actually looks.

FIXES Removed a 'Manual Report' tab that appeared in the bottom bar by mistake. The manual reporting flow is unchanged and still opens automatically if a scan can't be processed.
