NEW: Carving and embossing, finally visible Carved and embossed fills keep their pattern in the needle positions, which is why they normally disappear in a preview. Switch on "Show needle points" and the motif appears. It works in both render styles and it is free. NEW: Opens .hoop projects StitchMotion now reads .hoop files from StitchPencil, so you can animate a design straight from the project you designed it in. FIXED • HUS files that use an older compression are now recognized instead of quietly loading as a tiny, broken design. • Clearer messages when a file cannot be read, so you know what to do next. Thanks for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

Meet Relief — a refreshed render style that gives your designs a raised, lifelike look with real thread texture, so every stitch reads like actual embroidery. NEW — Gloss control A new Gloss slider takes the Relief look from soft and matte to bright and satiny. Dial in exactly the finish you want. IMPROVED — Overlay editing Text, logos and stitch-info overlays now open in a clean docked inspector that follows whatever you select. Press Delete to remove the selected overlay. FIXED • Multi-color DST files now show all their color changes correctly — they could previously appear in a single color. • Designs with long satin stitches no longer show gaps; every stitch is now drawn. • Various stability and performance improvements under the hood. Thanks to everyone sending feedback — keep it coming!

• Presets — save your favorite look and output settings, then apply them to the next file with a single click. • Built-in overlay editor — add and place text, logos and stitch info right in the live preview. • Animations — fade your overlays in and out for a more dynamic video. • More text styling — choose fonts, sizes, alignment and add backgrounds behind your captions. • Add audio — drop a background track onto your clip. • Much faster video export – especially with image, text, and stitch-info overlays. • New needle preview: an animated marker shows where the needle is stitching. • Localized stitch info: text baked into the video (stitch info & outro) in English or German – independent of the app language, great for international previews. • Adjustable thread density – independent of zoom. • Thread matching to manufacturer threads (Sulky, Madeira and more), including color numbers. • Precise motif placement via a 9-cell grid. • Numerous stability and reliability improvements.

• Text overlays (free): add a caption in one of six gorgeous fonts — Inter, Space Mono, Anton, Playfair Display, Caveat, or Pacifico — and place it right in the live preview. • Logo & image overlays (Pro): put your shop logo or a graphic in front of — or behind — the stitches for a finished, branded look. • Move, resize, and snap overlays into place in seconds. • Plus performance improvements and fixes under the hood.

• Style B can now be exported as a video up to 20 seconds long • Added a light-direction compass for finer control over Style B lighting • New optional drop shadow effect for Style B • Improved rendering performance in both Style A and Style B
