MyC Admin is the building manager's companion to MyC. Two screens, two jobs — broadcast and triage. That's it. No clutter. BROADCAST Send an announcement to every verified resident in your building. Type a title, type a message, send. The message appears in every resident's feed instantly. Past announcements stay on the broadcast screen for your records. Use it for: - Water and lift shut-offs - Parking changes - Lost packages and visitor notices - Event invitations - Anything you'd otherwise put on a noticeboard or a WhatsApp group TRIAGE Every maintenance request residents log in MyC arrives here, in one queue. You see who reported it, which apartment, the location in the building, and the description. Switch between Open and Resolved tabs. Mark issues as New, In Progress, or Resolved as you work through them. BUILT FOR BUILDING MANAGERS Free during the pilot. Setup in 48 hours. No commitment. If you've ever tried to communicate with 200 residents over a WhatsApp group, or hunted through paper forms to find last week's AC complaint, MyC Admin is for you. REQUIREMENTS You'll need an admin account from MyCommunity UAE. Request onboarding at mycommunityuae.com or email rohit@mycommunityuae.com — we'll have your building set up within two business days.
