Mailicity is a gentler email service built for the people you look after — and for the family that helps them stay safe online. You set things up once. They open the app the way they always have. From that day on, only the people you've approved can reach them. — FOR THE PERSON YOU LOOK AFTER — A calm, uncluttered inbox. Generous text. High-contrast type. No promotional sidebars, no banners, no notifications begging for attention. Just messages from the family. Reading a message is one tap. Replying is one tap. Photos open large. Nothing on the screen is designed to trick them. — FOR YOU, AS THE FAMILY ADMIN — You manage who can reach them from a separate admin web app (admin.mailicity.com). Add their friends and relatives to the allowlist; anything from anyone else lands in a moderation queue for you to review. No new email address to learn. Mailicity works alongside their existing inbox — or replaces it entirely, your choice. — WHY WE BUILT IT — Email is where scammers, phishers, and "your subscription has expired" warnings find the people we love. We're a small family-built team. There are no ads, no data sales, no third-party tracking.
