Turn ambitious goals into clear, manageable action.
Mullet helps you organise your work, focus on what matters, and make meaningful progress without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Whether you’re building a business, planning your personal life, or working with others, Mullet gives you a clear path from where you are to where you want to be. It also has an excellent web app - available at www.mullet.la, sign in there for the desktop version.
TURN GOALS INTO ACTION
Organise your work across five connected levels: Modes, Goals, Projects, Milestones, and Tasks.
Modes create focused spaces for different areas of your life, such as Business, Personal, Fitness, or Study. Within each Mode, break Goals into Projects, Projects into Milestones, and Milestones into Tasks.
Every task stays connected to its wider purpose, so you always know what you’re working towards.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Use the dashboard to see what’s active, what’s coming up, and what needs your attention. Track progress across every level—from individual tasks to long-term goals.
FOCUS AND TRACK YOUR TIME
Start a timer directly from any task. Review your completed sessions, understand where your time goes, and build a clearer picture of how you work.
WORK TOGETHER
Share Modes with teammates, collaborators, or people you trust. Plan goals, manage projects, and make progress together in one shared space.
PRODUCTIVITY WITH PURPOSE
Mullet is built for meaningful, sustainable progress—not endless busyness. By connecting your daily actions to the goals that matter, it helps you work with greater clarity and intention.

New App Description.
Timer improvements: sessions now stay in sync across devices — stopping a timer on one device is reflected everywhere else.
Fixed an issue where launching a timer from a task could require tapping twice.
Fixed goal/project/milestone dropdowns not showing the full hierarchy when editing nested items.
Fixed the batch editor occasionally clearing an item's goal, project, or milestone when making unrelated changes.
Changing the mode from the Timer tab now updates the mode filter across the app.
Added the ability to switch a running timer to a different task on the fly, without stopping it first.
