Hey Summer Kids is the companion app for Hey Summer. Pair with a grown-up using a 6-digit code, and your day gets a little easier to plan.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See your tasks for today, grouped into morning, midday, and bedtime
• Tap to check things off when you finish them
• Send a photo to your grown-up for tasks that need proof
• Track your mood with a quick emoji each day
• See how many points you have and what rewards you can trade them for
• Send a reward request to your grown-up when you want to redeem
• Get a heads-up notification when something is coming up
HOW PAIRING WORKS
1. A grown-up sets up the family on the Hey Summer app.
2. They give you a 6-digit code.
3. You enter the code, and your day shows up.
PRIVACY-FIRST
No sign-up, no ads, no in-app purchases, no third-party tracking, and no links to anywhere outside this app. The only way in is the code your grown-up gives you.
This app is designed for kids and follows Apple's Kids Category guidelines.

Ratings & Reviews
A few new touches to today:
• Tasks show a "Due by 9:00 PM" badge when your grown-up sets one
• Fitness tasks show the workout plan (10 reps × 4 sets, 2 min rest)
• Tap "Open instructions" on a task to watch the video or read the steps your grown-up linked
• Get a notification when a grown-up sends you bonus points — with the reason
• Time-based tasks (like 10 min of reading) now run a built-in timer with pause and resume; when the timer hits zero the task auto-checks and you can give it a thumbs up or thumbs down
