NestWork helps families keep the work of running a home visible, shared, and moving.
Instead of relying on memory, reminders, or one person carrying the mental load, NestWork gives your household one place for chores, shopping lists, habits, points, and small wins.
Create a household, invite your family, and start assigning the work that keeps your nest running.
With NestWork, you can:
- Create one-time or recurring chores
- View chores by person and room
- See what is due today, overdue, or coming up next
- Keep a shared shopping list that everyone can easily access
- Track personal daily habits (seen only by you)
- Use points, badges, and a leaderboard to make progress visible and get the competitive juices flowing
- Add kids or adult household members, with role-aware permissions
- Use notifications to help everyone stay on track
NestWork is meant to be practical. It is not trying to make your home perfect. It is trying to make the work easier to see, easier to share, and easier to follow through on.
The app will be free for as long as I can keep it that way. If it helps your household, you can support the project through the NestWork website.
- Updated Chores screen with a new Frequency view and the ability to minimize any of the categories so you can quickly get to the area needed
- Added a new Chore Frequency of Quarterly for those chores that require more time between
- The Completed Chores option now allows for chores to show as completed on previous days
- New Shopping List screen with Grocery Auto-Sort that automatically puts your produce at the top and your cold items at the bottom. Plus, drag-and-drop is now enabled so you can re-sort as needed and more shopping items will fit on the screen
- Reworked the Leaderboard to remove the badges and instead uses a trophy system to get the competitive juices flowing
- Squashed a few bugs along the way
