Aion is a tracker for people running their own peptide, TRT, and GLP-1 protocols. You enter your protocol; Aion keeps the record straight.
LOG A DOSE IN SECONDS
Compound, amount, injection site, time, all pre-filled from your last entry. Everything saves the moment you tap.
RECONSTITUTION CALCULATOR
Drag the tape to your dose and watch the syringe fill live. You get concentration, injection volume, syringe units, and doses per vial, plus the draw written out in plain language. Blends keep independent per-compound doses. The water solver runs it backwards: name the tick mark you want to draw to, and Aion solves the diluent.
NEVER RUN OUT
Every vial tracks doses left, days left, and a reconstitution window of 28 days by default, adjustable per vial. Aion says something before you run low or a vial expires.
TITRATION AND CYCLES
Ladders, loading phases, rest weeks. Aion resolves the phase day by day, so reminders and the calendar reflect the week you're actually in.
REMINDERS THAT FIRE
Dose reminders, one follow-up if a dose isn't logged within half an hour, and alerts that cancel themselves the moment you log. Discreet mode hides the compound name and dose on your lock screen.
PROGRESS
Weight, mood, energy, side effects, and adherence. "No side effects today" is a real entry, not a blank. Export a PDF for your provider, or JSON and CSV for yourself.
BUILT TO BE RELIABLE
Every entry is written to disk the moment you save it. Force-quit the app, reinstall it, or move to a new iPhone. Your history is intact.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No servers of ours. Your health data lives on your iPhone and, if you turn on sync, in your own private iCloud. It is never sent to us. Our payment provider receives purchase and subscription data only, never anything you log. Export or delete everything, any time.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.

Ratings & Reviews
• Progress and Calculator are rebuilt around a cleaner tile layout, so the numbers you check most are the first thing you see.
• Tapping a compound in the library opens it again. Those rows were dead in earlier versions.
• The upgrade screen now shows a plain Free versus Premium table, so what you get is on one screen before you decide.
• Dose logging, reminders, the dose calculator and the water solver stay free. Blends, saved presets, titrations, and cycles are now part of Aion Premium.
