Hólos ("whole") is a contemplative companion for your menstrual cycle.
Where other cycle apps optimize, predict, and gamify, Hólos invites you to listen. The whole cycle is honored as five phases of one continuous rhythm. Each phase carries its own quiet wisdom and its own season of energy.
WHAT'S INSIDE
A living wheel. Your cycle as a circle of light, breathing through five phases (menstruation, follicular, fertile window, ovulation, luteal). The current day glows softly. The atmosphere of the world shifts to meet you where you are.
A reading for each day. A short, considered passage written for the phase you're in. What's happening in your body. What this season tends to ask for. What it tends to offer. No advice, no shoulds, just companionship.
A daily ritual. A single word for the day. Flow noted on period days if you want. No streaks, no badges, no points. Logging is a small private act, not a performance.
Past cycles, gently held. A history that learns your rhythm and quietly adapts over time. Adjustable, editable, deletable. Yours.
Sharing for two. If you want a partner to know where in your cycle you are, send a quiet companion view via a link. No app needed on their side. They see your phase, not your log.

ABOUT THE NAME
Hólos comes from the Greek word for whole. The cycle is honored as a whole through all phases. The luteal phase is not "the bad one," menstruation is not "the inconvenient one." Each season is part of one rhythm.
