New: Outdoor Runs & Bike Rides Track runs and rides right from the Train tab. Live GPS route, distance, time, and pace (or MPH on the bike), with a mile-by-mile rung meter that fills as you go. Your run keeps recording with your screen off, so you can pocket your phone and go. Finish on the same completion screen as a lift, so your run posts to the feed with an Iron Score - and that score is measured against your own recent sessions, not against strangers. New: Runs & Rides on Apple Watch Start a run or a ride from your watch and leave your phone at home - your watch measures the whole thing on its own. If your phone is with you, it shows the session live while your watch does the work. You can also start on your phone and hand it to your watch before you head out. Anything you record on your wrist now brings up the full finish screen the next time you open the app, so you can share it like any other workout. New: Scan a Machine with AI Not sure what a machine is called? Take a photo and the app identifies the exercise and adds it to your workout. It only ever returns real exercises from the Iron Ladder library, and if the photo isn't clear enough, it tells you instead of guessing. Update: Smarter AI Coaching Workout plans, meal prep, form checks, and class building now run on our newest AI. Answers are more accurate and more detailed, and a bug that could leave an AI response blank has been fixed. Nothing to turn on - it's already there. New: Iron Ladder Stickers for iMessage A full sticker pack for your Messages app, plus a Sticker Studio in the app for decorating your post-workout photos. Rank stickers show the tiers you've earned, and the pack updates itself when we add new art - no update needed. New: Stickers Made From Your Workout Every session now makes its own stickers. After a run or ride, you get your stats and your actual route - including a clean version of just the route with no background, so it sits straight on your own photo. After a lift, you get a stats card with your volume, exercises, sets, and any PRs, plus an all-time card with your lifetime totals and streak. New: Sticker & Map Themes (Gold) Gold members can restyle their stickers and their map with six themes - Neon Grid, Sunset, Track, Blueprint, Topo and Midnight. Pick a theme while you run, and the map takes it on; then share a sticker in the same look—classic and the no-background route stay free for everyone. Update: Runs & Rides in Your History Opening a past run or ride now shows the map of where you actually went, along with your distance, time, pace, and elevation - instead of a muscle diagram, which never had much to say about a run. Update: Boost Tokens in the App Boost Tokens can now be bought directly inside the app in four pack sizes. No more heading to the website to top up. Improvements & Fixes - New Combine Splits tool - pull your favorite days from different splits into one new split - Starting body photos now fill in the date the photo was taken, and you can still change it yourself - Iron Score no longer differs between your history list and the workout you open from it - Watch workouts no longer end on their own partway through - The watch app no longer keeps reopening itself when you lower your wrist - Long workout names no longer get cut off on feed cards - Confirmation prompts are centered and easier to read - Rides no longer show up on running leaderboards - Ending a run before you've covered any distance no longer stops your timer if you choose to keep going - General stability and polish
