Bug fix only. On a first-time install, the membership waiver text box on the sign-up screen could not be scrolled on some devices, which left new members unable to read the waiver to the end before continuing. The waiver box is now a single shared component used by both waiver screens, scrolls its own content correctly, and Continue stays disabled — with an on-screen explanation — until the waiver has been read to the end.
