You're placed with four strangers — no names, no faces. Each day, everyone sets one goal and marks it done. You see whether they showed up. They see whether you did. No chat. No social feed. Just quiet presence — five people doing their one thing, together. Every day you show up is one stone on your cairn. Show up enough and you earn your next belt rank — a private measure of who you're becoming. Open Cairn the way you'd walk into a gym when others are already there. The room pulls you in. I built Cairn because I needed it. I kept setting goals and quietly abandoning them — not because I didn't care, but because no one knew whether I showed up. Cairn is the thing I wished existed. A place where strangers hold each other to one small thing a day, without ever exchanging a word.
