The exercise editor now has a List | Map toggle — tap the figure to assign an exercise's primary/secondary muscles instead of scrolling lists. - Smart active-workout layout. Opt in (Settings → Workouts) to group your session into done / focus / upcoming zones; tap an upcoming exercise to promote it next. The classic flat list stays the default. - Instant discard. New toggle to skip the 3-second hold on the discard button (defaults to the deliberate hold).
