Record each routine in 2-4 seconds. Grow a plant as you show up, then let Seed Plus turn today's check-ins into one share-ready vertical video. Keep proof of what you did, not just a checkmark. Seed is a video routine tracker where every routine starts with a 2-4 second check-in. Record the moment you worked out, studied, woke up, drank water, or showed up for any habit that matters. Each check-in grows a plant and builds a record worth looking back on. ■ Capture proof in 2-4 seconds - Record a short clip for each routine you complete. - See the video on today's card immediately after check-in. - Keep a private record without posting it anywhere. ■ Turn today into one story - After your first check-in, Seed Plus can edit today's moments into a 9:16 Daily Story. - Add later check-ins by updating the same day's video. - After the day changes, Seed automatically finalizes yesterday's video with every recorded check-in. - Preview it, save it to Photos, or share it through the iOS share sheet. ■ Grow a plant with every check-in - Seed → Sprout → Young leaf → Mature leaf → Bud → Bloom → Complete. - Small actions become visible progress across each 30-day season. - Miss a day? Your highest stage stays. ■ Review 7 days, 30 days, and a full year - See your latest 7 days at a glance and continue where you left off. - Complete a season to review your videos, streaks, and routine patterns. - Build insights across weekdays, times, routines, and yearly progress. ■ Private by default - Free check-in clips stay on your device. - Seed Plus temporarily protects check-ins until the final daily video is ready and keeps that video in Seed Vault under your account. - Nothing is automatically shared with other users. ■ Start free, unlock more with Plus Start free with your latest 7 days and first plant. Create and share Daily Stories. Recover records after reinstalling, and unlock multiple routines, full history, growth after sprout, 7-day/30-day/yearly reviews, and pattern insights. Each completed 30-day plant lets you choose one plant to unlock for the next season. Every completed 30-day plant stays in your garden.
