HOW IT WORKS
1) Pitch an idea — float something (coffee, a hike, game night) and let friends vote on the options before you lock anything in. No more dead-quiet chat.
2) Find a time you're all free — mark your weekly availability in a tap or two. Sha overlays everyone's free time and surfaces the slots that actually work. Turns out someone IS free.
3) See who's really coming — every plan has a live RSVP count, so you know who's in, who's a maybe, and who to nudge. No more last-minute flaking.

4) Monthly Connection Report — a private monthly scorecard (a 300–850 Connection Score) of how you're keeping up your friendships: who you saw most, your turn-up rate, and your connection trend over time. A gentle nudge to reach back out.
