Your day leads your Home. Anything you've got going today sits right under your greeting, steps forward 30 minutes before it starts, and becomes "happening now" at start time. Faster everywhere: the app opens in one beat — even on a quiet morning — and plans, pop ups, and chats open instantly with what's already known, filling in fresh details as they arrive. Open to share: flip it on, and the people who joined can pass your plan along to their own friends. The guest list shows who brought whom. Party invitations stay invitation-only. Made something great? Run it back — same crew, same photo, same time-of-day — from any past plan, in one tap. Little honesty fixes throughout: plans default to a couple of hours (parties get four) instead of "until midnight," saving an idea for later keeps your photo, ending a plan ends it everywhere immediately, and plans now say who they're open to — "Open to a few," "Open to many" — so a group invite never reads like a personal summons. Who you invited stays yours: friends see that a plan is open to a few or to many, never the list behind it.

Friending is now always a two-way yes. When someone taps your invite link or scans your QR code, they ask to connect — and you decide in People. Your link can travel anywhere; only you choose who's in. A co-host can edit the plan, run polls, manage the bring list, and join the chat, so it isn't all on one person. Need to remove someone from a plan? Hosts and co-hosts can now do that cleanly. Time polls now include a simple "can't make any of these times" option. Table now works for the whole group.
