Plan Studio — draw the floor plan on site. Place real-sized elements from a searchable library, drag any dimension to correct it, and see the room in 3D. Hero AI drafts the plan alongside you, and the finished plan attaches to the estimate or shares as an image. Show the finished job. Photograph the site and Hero AI renders how it will look once done. Tap or draw on the photo to guide the render. Your own units — set metric or imperial for your business.

Estimates now show your own currency. Amounts in euros, pounds, dollars or reais display correctly everywhere in the app — and the currency carries through when you convert an estimate into an invoice. Sample data for new accounts now arrives in your own language.

Activity now opens with a summary of what Hero AI got done today, counted by kind. Repeated labels are gone and amounts stand out, so the day reads at a glance.

Behind-the-scenes improvements to reliability and performance.

Cleaner call list — calls from your website now show a proper name instead of an internal code, and phone-booked estimate visits no longer repeat the customer's name. Receipts now find their job — scan one at the supply house and Hero365 asks if it belongs to the job you're on, so parts land on the right job and your margins count what the work really cost.

Tap a notification about a call, job or customer and you now land on that exact screen — not back on Home. Expenses held for approval now show up on your phone, with the reason they were flagged and an Approve button that posts the entry. Dates and times in the Activity feed now follow your language and region.

Hero365 now speaks Portuguese — both Portugal and Brazil. Money follows your business's currency and your country's format, so euros read like euros and reais like reais. The dispatch board now shows every technician on your team.

Tap to Pay on iPhone Accept contactless cards and digital wallets right on your iPhone — no card reader, no extra hardware. Set it up in Settings > Payouts, then choose “Collect in person” on any invoice to take payment on the spot. Your customer holds their card or device near the top of your iPhone, and the receipt is emailed the moment it’s paid.
