Due to recent patent litigation and subsequent Apple official firmware adjustments, certain Apple Watch models (such as Series 9, 10, Ultra 2, and subsequent models) sold in the United States after January 2024 have system-level restrictions that disable the generation and synchronization of local blood oxygen data.
Consequently, users with these US-region models will not be able to read or display blood oxygen data on the watch after downloading the app. Please note that this is not a software defect.
