Save characters in named collections, then copy the whole set when you need it.
If you write on a Mac and need an emoji, kaomoji, or symbol, CharBox helps you find and copy it without leaving your work. Open CharBox from the menu bar, search in your own words, or browse by type. Copy a character, then paste it where you need it.
- Search: Type what you remember, like heart or arrow, and choose from matching characters.
- Save a collection: Group characters for a project, then copy the whole set when you need it.
- Copy several at once: Pick a few characters and copy them together so you can paste them as one entry.
- Browse by type: Choose an emoji or kaomoji for a message, or find an arrow, currency sign, or math symbol for a document.
- Return to recent picks: Use characters you copied earlier without searching for them again.
- Work offline and keep picks local: Search and copy without an internet connection or account. Your recent picks and collections stay on your Mac, and your searches are not sent for analytics.
