Say what you noticed out loud, and a gentle voice companion asks the next question, until you find why the moment landed. - Reflect by typing or speaking. Your voice becomes editable text on your device, and no audio is ever kept. - On iPad, the journal becomes a reading and writing room. Sit back with what you wrote, or write with your pencil. - A journal of everything you noticed, searchable, newest first. - Save an invitation for later. The good ones come back around. - A gentle daily reminder at the hour you choose. - And for the days wonder feels far away, something quieter: grounding invitations with nothing to get right. NOBODY READS IT BUT YOU Your reflections belong to you. They sync to your account so they survive a new phone, and they are never sold and never used to train AI. Voice transcription happens on your device and no audio is kept. What the spoken companion is allowed to know and remember is a consent you control, change, or erase in Settings.
