Your meetings are now readable by the AI assistant app you already use. AN INDEX OF EVERY MEETING Recordings have always been saved to your folder as plain files. Mumr now keeps an index beside them listing every meeting with its title, date, duration, and attendees, plus a short readme describing what the folder holds. An assistant can read the index once and go straight to the right meeting instead of opening every file to find it. ASK ABOUT ONE MEETING Open a recording and use the new buttons in the header to hand that meeting to a supported AI assistant app on your Mac. The assistant opens pointed at your folder with a question ready to send. Mumr never sends it for you, and no meeting content passes through a Mumr server. ASK ACROSS EVERY MEETING Settings > Storage has the same action for the whole folder, so you can ask about one client or one quarter instead of a single call. FIRST RUN If no supported assistant is installed, Mumr shows a short setup window that explains the folder and links to the download pages. Mumr does not install anything for you. Export a meeting to a file, rename your recordings, and a set of recording fixes. EXPORT Save a meeting as one file containing the summary and the full transcript with speaker labels. Choose Markdown, plain text, or PDF in the save dialog. Mumr suggests the meeting name as the filename and reveals the saved file in the Finder when it is done. COPY The recording header now has a single Share menu that holds every way to get a meeting out of Mumr: - Copy Summary - Copy Transcript - Copy Transcript with Speakers, labeled You and Others - Export to a file RENAME A RECORDING Give a meeting a real name. Click the pencil in the recording header, or double-click the title, then type and press Return. Press Escape to cancel. A name you set is kept, and an automatic title never replaces it. FIXES - A recording that fails to start now shows the reason instead of failing silently. - System audio is captured from the media output, so calls no longer record at the wrong sample rate or play back pitched down. - Audio files are no longer stitched twice, and recordings affected by the earlier problem are repaired when you open them. - The onboarding permissions step explains what each permission is for before asking.
