RareTap 1.2.2 is a small update that makes multi-device life smoother. - Founder unlock now arrives promptly on a newly signed-in device, instead of waiting for a relaunch. - New activity shares link through raretap.app/share. The card and message are unchanged, and links already shared keep working. - On a Mac (iPhone apps on Apple Silicon), the App Icon setting is now hidden — macOS can't change an iPhone app's icon, so the setting only applies on iPhone.

Sharing looks cleaner in RareTap 1.2.1. Premium material share cards now keep every digit and footer edge fully visible, and shared activity messages no longer add a redundant one-word subject. This update also includes small polish improvements.

RareTap 1.2.0 is the app that journals itself — a calmer way to turn tracked time into a record you want to keep. • Let the day start your journal. The compose menu now offers Blank Entry or From Today's Activity — the latter lays out each activity, its duration, and the day's total, ready for your words. If today already has an entry, RareTap opens it instead of making a second one. First-run starters offer the same gentle beginning. • Start from Apple's Journaling Suggestions. On iOS 17.2+, pick a suggested moment — places, music, workouts, photos, and more — and RareTap opens a dated entry with what you selected. On iOS 18+, a reflection prompt can become the entry's title. Back out without writing and nothing is saved. • A quieter journaling rhythm. After the day's last clock-out, RareTap can offer to begin today's entry; schedule an optional reminder for when it suits you. A forgiving rhythm line notices your journaling days (or weeks), long titles now wrap, and the Journal home is calmer to browse. • Markdown-native journals. Entries render cleanly, hand-typed Markdown stays free and exports verbatim, and lists write themselves forward — Return continues a dash or numbered list for you. Premium adds the keyboard formatting toolbar for bold, italic, headings, and lists. • Changed your mind after stopping? Resume it. Open the activity you just ended and tap Resume Activity — the clock picks back up as if you never stopped. • Clock in or out from Control Center. On iOS 18+, add the RareTap control to Control Center, a Lock Screen slot, or the Action button: one tap clocks in on your default activity, or out of whatever's running. • Weekly goals at a glance. Give an activity a goal and the circular Lock Screen widget becomes a weekly progress ring. • Make it yours. The icon picker grows to 16 icons — the five classics stay included; four rare-material hides and seven premium colorways join as Premium. Premium also adds share-card styles, a Widget Background for the home widget and Live Activity banner, and the premium colorways on your activities themselves. Every share card still carries "Tracked with RareTap." • A new Privacy section in Settings tells the story plainly: your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud database — no servers, nothing collected.
