buddybloom: Focus Companion

Study timer, streaks & habits

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

buddybloom is a focus app with a soul. Pick a hand-drawn companion — Mochi, Grim, or Pip — and they sit with you through every focus session, cheer your streaks, and gently call you out when you drift off. FOCUS, TOGETHER Run a pomodoro-style session, choose how intense you want it (gentle, deep focus, or no mercy), and your companion keeps you company the whole way. Great for studying, deep work, and beating procrastination. Finish strong and they celebrate. Try to bail early and… well, they notice. A COMPANION THAT REACTS Your buddy responds to the moment — the time of day, your streak, how the last session went. Every line is generated fresh in their own personality, so it feels less like a timer and more like someone in your corner. Gentle, ADHD-friendly accountability. BUILD THE HABIT • Daily streaks that actually make you want to come back • Check in on how you feel and get a tiny rescue session when you are overwhelmed • Set the bigger things you are working toward and celebrate when you finish them • Lock-screen Live Activity so your companion stays with you outside the app NO PRESSURE, JUST PRESENCE buddybloom is not another cold productivity tracker. It is warm, calm, and a little funny. Show up, focus for a few minutes, and let your companion do the rest. Meet your focus buddy. ——— Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://noventraai.github.io/policy/policy.html

Ratings & Reviews

your buddy learned to lock the door. - deep focus & no-mercy sessions can now block your other apps until the timer ends (powered by apple's screen time — you approve it once) - tap "give up" if you dare. your buddy will remember. - sessions now survive restarts: reopen the app any way you like, you land right back on the timer - your buddy waits for you on blocked apps and the lock screen
