THE PROGRAM
Forty-two days. Five to seven minutes each. Themed by week — Breath, Resonance, Warmth, Pace, Prosody, Integration. Every day is a small movement: a guided breath, a passage read aloud, a brief reflection. Literary prose, not workout cues. Wordsworth, Coleridge, Hopkins, Woolf. Passages chosen for the way they read aloud, not for what they prove.
YOUR FIRST THIRTY SECONDS
After you read your baseline passage, Mezzo places your voice in its magnetic register — the band of pitch where your voice carries with the least effort and the most resonance. The reveal includes your archetype, your register in Hertz, and a five-axis radar (Warmth, Depth, Presence, Clarity, Prosody). Computed on device. Yours alone.
THE SUNDAY LETTER
Once a week, Mezzo writes you a letter. Three quiet observations about how you read. A short editorial note, signed. One observation about your cohort. No streaks. No leaderboards. No score. Reading the letter is the ritual. Notifications, if you opt in, arrive once a week. Mezzo will never page you for missing a day.
