Custom Devotion writes from within historic, conservative Protestant Christianity. Supported traditions include Reformed, Baptist, Reformed Baptist, Presbyterian (PCA / EPC / OPC), Methodist (Global / Free), Lutheran (LCMS / WELS), Non-denominational, Evangelical Free, Wesleyan, Holiness, and Plymouth Brethren.
If a request lands outside that frame, the app declines gently rather than faking a perspective we can't faithfully represent. By design.
BIBLE TRANSLATIONS
Public-domain translations like KJV, BSB, and WEB are quoted in full inside studies. For copyright-restricted translations — ESV, NIV, NASB, NKJV, NRSV, NLT, CSB, AMP, The Message — studies are written using your translation as the reference point with verse references shown, so you can read the text in your own Bible.

PRIVACY
Custom Devotion does not track you, does not run analytics, does not show ads, and does not maintain user accounts. Your saved defaults, library, and presets live on your phone. The only thing that leaves your device is your questionnaire input when you tap Generate, so the AI can write the devotion.

What's new in 1.0.2:
• Fixed a hang in Build a Study. Selecting more than one devotion could push a single request beyond our generation time budget and time out. Each study now reliably returns one well-crafted devotion. Multi-devotion runs will return in a future update with a redesigned backend that can handle longer requests.
