I saw a short I wanted to watch thought I’d give it a shot. Saw how many episodes. Episode cost was 89, times that by how many episodes left knew about approximate cost bought the coins. Should have been enough right ? Wrong. After that episode the cost of the episodes went up to 490 and 301, I have screen shots for proof. Not to mention when you buy coins it still tries to lock you into a subscription, I canceled immediately after I got my coins. And I got screen shots for proof. Needless to say I won’t get to finish the short. And this app won’t be staying. As soon as I make sure I’m not charged again.

They keep raising the price per episode from 80 coins to a great jump of 450 coins to only available after subscriptions. You get the subscription and you STILL don’t have access to all of the content so you have to buy more coins to unlock the episodes. They don’t even show you have a subscriptions on file but they still charge your account… make that make sense. I would give this a ZERO star but it doesn’t let me.

The developers have a lot of nerve charging exorbitant prices for both coins and VIP subscriptions in this app. I tend to purchase VIP subs in drama apps that are reasonably priced and offer a decent variety of content. Poplume? They wanted $29.99 as a “special” first week price for VIP, but…The real kick in the teeth is that, if someone wasn’t paying attention and simply sped through the app store checkout, they up that price to $99.99 PER WEEK following the original “discounted special”. To make this price even more outrageous is that the YEARLY sub for the SAME app is $199.99. Make it make sense…. Run as far as you can from this app

Bought the 9.99$ package. Watched 3 episodes. First episode was 89 coins. After that they jumped to 350 for two episodes and 311 for one episode. Then back down to 89 when I ran out of coins. Not worth it at all. Also try to catch you on a subscription for 99.99$ a week when you first purchase. Had to immediately go into subscriptions and cancel it. Pine drama is at least free to watch. Will be switching to it. I’ve been waiting about a week to hear from customer service. All I keep getting is an auto reply.
