Search any variety and read what actually matters: its milk, region, family, rind, and age, then a written tasting profile - nose, palate, finish, and texture - the foods and wines it pairs with, a little history, and the buying and serving mistakes that ruin it. Every entry is editor-written, not crowd-sourced.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
The whole atlas works on-device with no account and no analytics. The only network call is an optional cheesemonger question, which sends just the cheese name and your question.

Pro unlocks unlimited cheeseboards plus the board balance check and shopping-list export, unlimited cheesemonger questions past the free three a day, and unlimited saved cheeses and tasting notes. $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, auto-renewing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
