The TTT Letter Board is a 100% free, private, and customizable AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) app designed for individuals who can spell but face physical or neurological barriers to verbal speech. Built with love by TTT Education & Impact (a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit), this tool goes beyond traditional letter boards by speaking each tap aloud and reading back entire thoughts, making communication smoother and more accessible.

CORE FEATURES
• 100% Free & Private: No hidden paywalls, ads, or subscriptions. Fully offline and your data never leaves your device.
• Smart Layouts: Choose the Standard 5-across letter board with color-coded rows, the Expanded 6-across board with an optional number row, or a full QWERTY keyboard. Switch to Numbers mode for digits and math, Intro mode for 5 letters at a time, or External Keyboard mode to type on a connected keyboard.
• Immediate Speech: Letters and symbols are spoken aloud as you tap, with options to choose exactly what gets announced. Press the green DONE button to read back the complete message.
• Quick Answers: One-tap YES and NO buttons, plus an option to hear each word read aloud when you press Space.
• Intuitive Clearing: Tap to backspace, hold to clear the board, or lift the device upright to delete a letter or the whole current word.
• High Contrast & Legibility: Forced Dark Mode ensures maximum visibility in any lighting.
• Message History: Tap the history icon on the message bar to see past messages and copy the text into other apps.

• Voice Personalization: Select default voices, download additional iOS voices, or securely authorize Apple Personal Voice.
• Switch & Eye Tracking Ready: Native integration with Switch Control, Eye Tracking, VoiceOver, Voice Control, AssistiveTouch, and hardware keyboards.

NEW BOARDS
• Standard board: a new 5-across letter board with larger buttons is now the default. The previous 6-across board is available as Expanded.
• Numbers mode: a dedicated board with large number and math (+ − × ÷) buttons.
• Intro mode now shows 5 letters at a time.
• Every letter row on the Standard board has its own color, including in the color-blind and subdued layouts.
MORE CONTROL OVER SPEECH
• New options to turn off spoken "Delete" and "Clear" and spoken punctuation.
• Speech options are now labeled "Announce" for clarity.
NEW LANGUAGES
• Added German, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), and Swedish, joining English and Spanish (Latin America).
• Each language includes its own spoken words and a matching national keyboard layout, such as QWERTZ for German and AZERTY for French.
IMPROVEMENTS
• Settings are easier to scan: options that depend on another setting are now indented beneath it.
• Smoother Board Mode and Keyboard Layout selectors.
• Lift-to-Clear options renamed to "Lift to Clear/Delete Behavior".
• Accessibility and layout fixes, including better support for the largest text sizes.
