Data Collection We collect: body measurements (height, weight, age, gender), training records, weight history, sleep and recovery data, and AI chat history (processed by third-party LLMs via your own API key). We do not collect location data, contacts, photos (except profile avatar), or data unrelated to fitness. ## 2. Data Usage Used for: personalized plans and recommendations, training statistics and streaks, recovery scores and daily intensity suggestions, AI coaching and weekly reports (requires your API key), and app improvement. ## 3. Data Storage All data is stored exclusively on your device using SQLite. The app does not have any servers — no data is ever uploaded, transmitted, or sent to us. Your fitness data stays on your device and nowhere else. The only network activity occurs when you use AI features with your own API key, in which case your input is sent directly to the LLM provider (e.g., DeepSeek, Minimax, GLM). We do not intercept, relay, or store those communications. ## 4. Data Sharing We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We have no servers, no databases, and no ability to access your data. The only scenario where data leaves your device is when you actively use AI features with your own API key — that data goes directly to your chosen LLM provider under their privacy policy. ## 5.
