Everything I need, right on my phone★★★★★I’ve been a longtime user of the HomeLoanServ website, and this new mobile app is a wonderful addition. I use it to make payments, check my escrow information, and pull up tax documents whenever I need them. -all quick and easy. I manage both my first and second loan through the app without any hassle. HomeLoanServ has always been great to work with, and this app makes everything even more convenient. Highly recommend!

I was excited to see that there was finally an app for this, since the website is such a nightmare to use—surely this would be better. Wrong. It won’t even allow me to click the logon boxes to enter my information. I tried exiting out, restarting my phone, checking my wifi, everything. It allows me to navigate through the other tabs but no matter what I do it doesn’t let me enter my information to log in. So pretty much useless, unfortunately.

A login screen that won't even let you tap into the fields is frustrating, especially after all the troubleshooting you tried on your end.That specific issue — unresponsive login fields — is something we'd like our developer team to look into directly. Would you be willing to reach out to our support team so we can log the details (device type, OS version) and get this in front of them? We want to get this fixed for you and other users hitting the same wall.We know the app is meant to be an improvement over the website, and we don't want a bug like this to be the thing standing in the way.
