Bug Fixes and improvement

- Sentence Slots now gives you three tries. Check marks each slot right or wrong and leaves your tokens in place so you can fix just the ones you missed — the answer is only revealed on the third attempt. (Scoring is unchanged: your first try still counts.) - Fixed the false "your phone is on silent" banner. Recording audio was leaving the app's sound settings in a bad state for the rest of the session; every exit path now resets properly. - 161 dictionary headwords corrected. Scanning errors in the 1959 Churchward dictionary (things like bākia for pākia — Tongan has no /b/) were checked against the original page scans and fixed.
