Create a crew with your go-to fry crew - whether that's family, coworkers, or your most dedicated foodie friends - and start building something together. Tag check-ins to your crew so your shared feed and stats only reflect the moments that actually count. Keep your crew streak alive by making sure someone logs fries every day, or risk watching it reset to zero. Get a rescue notification when the clock is ticking. Post updates to your crew, see who's been logging, and track your collective fry footprint across spots and ratings. Public crews let anyone join the fun. Private crews are invite-only. Fry Radar -You're probably closer to great fries right now than you think. Turn on Fry Radar and your phone will alert you the moment you're within range of a community-rated spot you haven't visited yet - 4.0 stars or higher average rating only. No repeat alerts for places you've already been. Set your detection radius, flip the switch, and let TaterRater do the scouting. Find it in the menu under Play. Refer a Friend -Love TaterRater? Tell your people. Share your personal referral code, and when 10 friends sign up and log their first fry, you'll automatically unlock a free Lifetime membership - no subscription, no renewals, ever. Fry Pioneer Badges -Be the first TaterRater to log fries at any new spot and earn a Fry Pioneer badge. The badge tracks every location you've pioneered with a running count, and unlocks milestone badges as you discover more - Trail Blazer at 5 spots, Fry Explorer at 10, and Founding Tater at 25. Tap your Pioneer badge to see every spot you were first at, each tappable to open the original check-in. Spot Pages -Search for any restaurant, bar, or venue and get a dedicated spot page showing the community's average rating, recent check-ins, and photos from all TaterRater users. For spots no one has visited yet, you'll see a screen encouraging you to be the first. Community photos are also tappable to view full screen. Social Badges Now Working -Badges earned through social actions - like reacting to check-ins or gaining followers - now fire correctly the moment you hit the threshold.

This update brings several improvements based on your feedback. Leaderboard Updates - The leaderboard now shows Nearby and Everywhere views, and Raters are now properly sorted by average rating. Badge Progress - Tap any locked badge to see exactly how many more check-ins you need to earn it. For badges you've already earned, you'll see the date you earned them. Badges Earned on Check-ins - When viewing one of your own check-ins, you'll now see any badges you earned from that specific check-in. Profile Improvements - Your check-in count, badge count, followers, and following are all now tappable directly from your profile card. Various other improvements throughout the app.

 -Hyping a check-in just got more expressive. Five new reactions have been added and each reaction shows its own count so you can see exactly how the community feels about those fries. Explore Everyone's Fries (Premium) -
The Tater Locator now has two views - your own check-in history and a live global map of everyone's public check-ins. Discover highly rated spots near you or plan your next fry run anywhere. Leaderboard Gets Local -
Switch between Nearby and National on the leaderboard to see what's topping the charts in your area or across the country. Smarter Check-in Location
 -When you log a new tater, the app now detects where you are. At a restaurant? It pre-fills the spot. At home? It defaults to At Home automatically.

Another round of some fresh fixes for badges and few general enhancements

• Brand new badge artwork. Badges now feature custom illustrated graphics instead of plain emoji, with more rolling out over time. • Tater Locator finds you. The map now centers on wherever you actually are - perfect for fry-hunting while traveling, not just around home. • Tap into your badges. Tap any badge - earned or still locked - to see a big, clear view of what it's for. • Smarter notification taps. Tapping a notification now takes you straight to what it's about, not just marking it read. • Bug fixes and polish, including a leaderboard display glitch and various behind-the-scenes improvements.

This update's got a little something for everyone: • Zero-rated fries are now a thing. Ratings go all the way down to 0 - Golden Tater members, your decimal precision still applies. • More control over your feed. Block accounts and report check-ins, comments, or profiles, with a note if you want to tell us more. • Smarter notifications. Tapping a push notification now takes you straight to what it's about, and new notification settings let you turn off specific types - friend requests, hypes, you name it - without losing push entirely. • New badges on the way. We've added some fresh ways to earn your stripes - keep logging and see what pops up.

Fresh out of the fryer in this update: 1) Tater Participators Out for fries with the crew? Now you can tag the friends you're with right from your check-in. Everyone you tag gets a heads-up, and they'll show up on the check-in so the whole table gets credit for the run. 2) Check-In Alerts Never miss a friend's fry run. Switch on alerts for the people you actually want to follow along with - just tap the bell on their profile or in your Following list - and we'll let you know when they check-in. Only the friends you pick, not everyone. 3) Assorted polish and small fixes Keep rating those fries!

Search by Date: Golden Tater Premium members can now filter any fry fan's check-ins by month, year, or a custom date range. Trying to remember that spot a friend raved about last summer?
